Returns
Kansas Lumber Homestore, Inc Return Policy applies to In-Store purchases. Items can be returned to the original Homestore purchase location within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns require a receipt, packaging, instructions, and accessories for ease of return. Returns which do not include these items can be discussed with a Homestore team member and are not guaranteed. Certain items can be charged a restocking fee up to 35% of the original purchase price. Special Order and custom items not returnable.
Non-Refundable Items
- Homestore Gift Cards
- Personal Protective Equipment (such as face mask) if the packaging has been opened.
- Food items, toiletries, and other health/personal care products.
- Propane tanks.
- Gas-powered equipment, unless it is brand new, never-been-used condition.
- Generators and related accessories.
- Water heaters.
- Custom order and special order items.
- Any item that requires assembly and has already been assembled and removed from its original packaging.
- Items that are missing packaging, or are no longer in re-sellable conditions.
- Any commodity items must be returned in original condition
